NYC Real Property Management was launched in 2012 with the sole focus of providing assistance to owners of New York City investment apartments (co-op/condo), townhouses or second homes. How Much Do We Charge

Transparency is very important to us. On average, NYC Real Property Management generally charges a fee in the range of five (5%) to seven (7%) of annual gross rental income. A reduced flat fee is charged if the unit is not being rented to a tenant.
